We take as much care in shipping your Sukhadia order as we do in making our delicious traditional Sweets. We especially pack and ship your order so that it will arrive in perfect condition. We offer overnight (including Saturday delivery), 2nd day, and standard (up to 5 business days) shipping.
- You can also select a specific delivery date that works best for you. Because temperatures vary across the country,we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival and for this reason we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
- Improper information may delay the shipment or may not be delivered. UPS/FedEx.Company will not reship the product or give any refunds, if such a situation arises. In case the shipment is returned to the shipper because of wrong address, the customer will have to pay for "return shipping charges" too.
- We prefer receiving orders on-line. Customers placing orders telephonically do so at their own risk as there can be communication gap about the product or wrong address/ info. given or understood.
- Overseas orders -- the shipment cost shown on line is further subject to the local taxes & custom duty based on the rules of the country of destination. Transit time cannot be ensured because of the extra route of custom clearance.
- Order Sweets on Commercial Address to save $1.50 in shipping cost.
- All pictures shown on the website are for illustration purpose only. All decoration material on the pictures is also for display only. In assorted sweet boxes, the sweets may not match the display because of availability or Season effected matter.
- All gift boxes cannot be customized. We may not be able to comply to a request for customizing a gift box because of variety of reasons such as -- cost factor, availability of the product, shelf life of the product, shape & size of the product etc..
- We offer customize sweet box on our site you can choose your choice of sweets and make assortment of your own choice. It may little differ (1 or 2 pcs) if that type of sweet is not available at that time.
- There is a dedicated team to do the packing for all the shipments. Lots of packing material is used to give the cushioning effect to these delicate products. In spite of our best efforts, we do not take responsibility if shape of the product changes in transit as cartons are subject to different types of handling.
- We do not send the product to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands by Ground shipment. Customer should pick Air delivery for these destinations.

Refunds & Cancellation
- Due to the perishable nature of our products we can entertain refunds within 24 hours only. We must receive the product back to process the refund. We will not pay the shipping cost for return shipment of the products. RESTOCKING FEE of 20% is applicable in all cases of return of the product.
- If the shipment is delayed on behalf of UPS/FedEx or because of factors beyond our control, we don't entertain refund. You will be informed within 12 hours of your shipment tracking number along with the info you can use to contact their toll free line. None of the Shipping Companies(UPS or FDX) give refund for unusual Weather condition.
- If the order is cancelled after placement, 15% of the order will be charged as a processing fee.
Customer while placing the order is supposed to have understood and agreed with all the details in above mentioned clauses.
