Bindu Sukhadia, co-founder and president of the Sukhadia’s business in the United States, brings creative vision, passion, expertise, and a unique flare to the Sukhadia brand. Her passion and knowledge of the culinary arts along with her vibrant smile and positive nature around customers and staff members makes her the pillar for the business and a favorite among all. Shaivi joined the family business in 2016 bringing experience in customer service, banquets, event planning, and executive management. She received an MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University and a dual Bachelors in Hospitality Administration and General Management from Boston University. Neelam is our office manager and brings many hats to the table for Sukhadia’s. With more than three decades of experience in customer service and administration, she is responsible for all corporate and sales accounts. Through her ten years of dedication and work with the company, her positive attitude and personalized approach sets her apart and is appreciated by our customers, co-workers, and colleagues.  

Jannette comes to Sukhadia’s with a background in accounting, people development, and executive administration. Janette’s charismatic nature, hard-working attitude, and unparalleled organizational skills make her a favorite among team members at Sukhadia Headquarters. As a key member of Sukhadia’s administration, Janette manages up the company’s Human Resources department and Franchise sector. 

Sameeta heads up Sukhadia's creative and design team. At Sukhadia's, we put great importance to graphic design and packaging, and Sameeta fits perfectly into this role with her creative edge and attention to detail. Originally from Mumbai, Sameeta studied Master of Commerce from University of Mumbai and completed certification in Graphics, Web Design, 3D Animation from New York Film Academy. She has over 8 years experience in print and digital design. 

Sushilaben is a master of all traits and she is the right-hand of many teams within Sukhadia’s. Joining the company over 6 years ago, Sushilaben’s positivity and constant willingness to work with others makes her a great helping hand to the executive department and administration.  

Chef Garcia joined the Sukhadia team at an early age due to his passion for the culinary arts and creative food implementation. Oscar received his diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center in Manhattan, NY. He believes in using the finest, freshest ingredients in all his dishes. Chef Garcia manages the production floor and overall food safety programs for Sukhadia’s.    

Chef Balbir excels in North Indian and Non-Vegetarian cuisine as well as specialty Bengali mithai. He started his career at a very early age in Jalandar, Punjab and has been a core member of the Sukhadia team since 2005.  

Jaimini focuses on assisting our retail customers within the New Jersey region. As manager of our Edison flagship store, Jaimini maintains a positive and fun environment with her colleagues to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service for our customers.  

Baljinder manages our Parsippany retail store and is in charge of providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and training new team members. As a part of the Sukhadia team for over 10 years now, Baljinder has great knowledge of the company’s products, customers, and overall setup. Her experience in our shipping and online department serves as a great asset to the retail team.
