Any complaint about quality and/or quantity should be reported to Sukhadias within the first 24 hours of receiving shipment. All complaints with detailed information and supporting photos should be E-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within a 24 hour time frame,any phone complaints will not be accepted.
We do everything on our end to ensure the items stay intact with extra bubble, cautious packaging, and fragile labeline however it is possible that the package may be mishandled by the shipping company which we cannot control. There are no refunds for breakage or spillage as these are factors beyond our control.
Due to the perishable nature of our products we can entertain refunds within 24 hours only. We must receive the product back to process the refund. We will not pay the shipping cost for return shipment of the products. RESTOCKING FEE of 20% is applicable in all cases of return of the product.
If the shipment is delayed on behalf of UPS/FedEx or because of factors beyond our control, we cannot issue a refund. You will be informed within 12 hours of your shipment tracking number along with the info you can use to contact their toll free line. The shipping providers do not give a refund for unusual weather condition.
If the order is cancelled after placement, 20% of the order will be charged as a processing fee.
